Shipping Information

Roseco's preferred shipping service is FedEx. We offer the best rates with FedEx. UPS air shipping options are available upon request (specify in ordering notes). Please note that UPS air rates are significantly higher than FedEx. We do not ship any packages via the US Postal Service.

Shipping Fees Details

All shipping rates shown during checkout are starting estimates based on an insured $200-value package (5-pound ground or 1-pound air). Your actual invoiced charges will be based on the actual package weight, insured value, and destination.

  • Customers paying by C.O.D. will incur an additional C.O.D. charge (estimated $16.50 ground or $8.60 air).
  • Packages valued over $200 will incur an additional insurance fee of $0.18 per $100 value.
  • Customers in residential and/or remote shipping areas are subject to additional shipping surcharges ($3 to $7).

Fuel surcharges are imposed by the carriers and are adjusted periodically.

All carriers use dimensional weight that takes into account the package's weight and physical size.

Roseco orders must be at least $25 to offset some of the shipping costs. Orders under $25 will incur full shipping costs.

Every order placed online to be shipped out will show a separate shipping charge. However, if the orders are placed before 4:00pm Central, and we are able to combine orders, then your invoice will reflect just one ship charge instead.

For local Dallas-area customers, Roseco offers the additional options of showroom pickup and same-day courier delivery. Courier delivery rates are determined based on package weight, destination, and speed.

FedEx Ground Service Map and Tracking

Roseco's preferred shipping method is via FedEx with Next Day Priority AM Delivery, Next Day Standard PM Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, and Ground Delivery. Saturday Priority AM Delivery is also offered for emergencies.

Please note the following:

  • For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive.   • Service to some remote areas or packages with additional handling or large package surcharges may require additional delivery days.

UPS Ground Service Map and Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

Hazardous items are available for local Dallas-area pickup only. We cannot ship out these items. They will need to be drop-shipped from the factory and will incur hazardous ship fees — bulk minimum order quantities may be applicable. Such items include but are not limited to:

  • Luxi-Flux Soldering Flux (SOF100)
  • Pro-Craft Silver Black Oxidizing Solution (BSO100)

  • Vigor Plating Solution Electro-Cleaner (PMG312)
  • Cohler Black Rhodium Plating Solution (RHD300)
  • Legor UltraBlack Rhodium Plating Solution (RHD1000)

Due to IATA Lithium Battery Regulations 2017, all lithium ion batteries and equipment containing such batteries must be shipped ground only.

Large, bulky, and/or heavy packages are shipped via ground service unless specified otherwise in the ordering notes. Keep in mind that freight cost takes into account dimensional or volumetric weight (i.e., width, length, and height) of the package.

Depending on the shipping adress, certain FedEx services may not be available, such as Ground (to Hawaii or certain areas of Alaska) or Standard Overnight (to certain remote locations).

Damaged Packages

Carriers are liable for any damages are occur during transit. If you have a shortage or suspect damage during transit, then you must:

  1. not sign for the package until the problem is acknowledged by the carrier
  2. retain all cartons and packing materials until inspection is completed and claim has been paid
  3. file a claim with the carrier within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Returns sent to Roseco should be packaged securely in a box and not an envelope. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
