Product Return Policy

Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt and before setting stones or general usage.

Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

You may return unaltered, undamaged merchandise in resellable condition with an invoice copy and reason for return. We do not require R.A. numbers.

Returns should be packaged securely in a box and not in an envelope! We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Credit will be issued in the same manner as paid. Returns will not be accepted after 180 days.

Most items have a 30-day return limit based on the invoice date. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a restock fee, and only credit on account will be issued with no refunds.

Wedding bands, gold chains, and diamond-set components have a 15-day return limit based on the invoice date. Returns received after 15 days are subject to a 15% restock fee. Diamond-set items include Margarita halo semi-mount components, Cathedral micro-pavé rings, hidden halo rings, stackable rings, diamond leverbacks, diamond bails, diamond ear studs, diamond bezel chains, etc.

Moissanite has a 10-day return limit based on the invoice date. Returns received after 10 days are subject to a 15% restock fee.

Discontinued or closeout items are sold "as is" and are nonreturnable.

Credit will not be issued on the following items: wire and sheet, solder, casting grains and alloys, diamonds, damaged or altered items, special orders, discontinued items, close-out items, rhodium and other plating solutions, and invoiced merchandise older than 180 days.
