Product Description

This base is made of the best quality black rubber. The button style is for sprueing one or a few patterns and works great for bulky pieces. Bases are priced and sold per piece.

During the last 1 to 2 hours of burnout, the temperature must be adjusted so that the flasks are at correct temperature for casting.

  • Ladies rings or intricate designs: 900°F to 1,000°F (482°C to 538°C).
  • Mens rings or heavier designs: 700°F to 900°F (371°C to 482°C).

Note: Measure the water. The temperature should be 70°F to 75°F (21°C to 24°C). A colder temperature will extend the work time. A warmer temperature will shorten the work time. For best results, time should be kept within specified range of 9 to 10 minutes.
